One-Timer: D’Amigo posted 56 points in 53 games for the USNTDP-U18 squad. He had an outstanding WJC-U18 tournament as noted below. Although someone small or short, D’Amigo is well put together physically. He is a highly competitive, speedy forward with good leadership qualities. He seems to put together consistent efforts game in and game out. ISS adds: “D’Amigo has great speed and great offensive anticipation and wins most races for pucks. He makes good smart quick plays, takes contact well and drives the net without hesitation.”

Scouting Combine Performance: Sorokin observed: “Good looking guy, heard some chatter amongst the GMs and some teams like him a lot.” Sorokin was reminded of Zach Parise with respect to D’Amigo.

International Tournaments: As NHL.com reported: “As a member of Team USA at the 2009 Under-18 World Championships, D’Amigo led the team and finished tied for third in the tournament, with 13 points (4-9-13) in seven games, helping the U.S. win gold.”
