I was watching Saku Koivu do some pretty hard skating a couple of days ago and he looked ready for a return. Unfortunately during yesterday’s skate he had a little setback and will stay out of the lineup at least a few more games.
Montreal also announced that the injury keeping Carey Price out of the lineup is not an older groin injury but also a tender ankle. He looks to be off at least another week, maybe two and coach Carbonneau is suggesting that is it is two weeks then Price should consider not playing in the All-Star game.
