Coyotes Fan in the East

Hello to all hockey fans. My name is Chris Hoeler, a student at Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT USA.

When it comes to hockey, it is the thing I love the most and my two teams are the New York Rangers and Phoenix Coyotes. Odd mix right? I have never been able to pick one over the other considering I love them equally. On this site, I will be covering the Phoenix Coyotes and a minor league hockey team in Danbury, CT the Danbury Mad Hatters who are in the Eastern Professional Hockey League (EPHL).

Over this past summer, I started a hockey blog. I like to write and I love hockey so I figured, why not combine the two? On this blog I cover the Coyotes, Rangers, and Mad Hatters as much as school work and time permits. However, I guarantee at least and article a week on this site. I am a management major at Fairfield and am looking to become a NHL General Manager some day. Yes, a lofty goal, but something that I want to attain during my lifetime. I felt getting involved with the game in any way would be beneficial to me and starting a blog was the answer for me, not to mention an internship here and there.

I hope everyone enjoys what I put up here and I am open to suggestions at all times to improve my writing. I am simply doing this for fun but improvement is always good. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me as well.

I look forward to being apart of this new site and encourage you to come here whenever you want news about the NHL and hockey. I welcome my co-writers to this website and hope for a great and longstanding partnership.
