   O.K…………it holds 17,799 for hockey. Not a chance there are more than 5000 people at that game. Not sure how someone can think there are 9000-10,000 people in the stands. That would be about 52 % full……………There may not even be 5000 at this game.

   I went to a game on January 31st against the Buffalo Sabres, and I have to tell you that the arena was hopping with excitement. There were about 15,000 fans there, and there wasn’t a sea of red like you see in the above pictures. The attendance is up overall for the team this year, and TV ratings are up as well. If the team can make the playoffs, and also re-negotiate their lease with the city of Glendale, they should be a lot better off than they are now.
