Shawn Thornton is thinking about appealing his 15-game suspension for the slew-foot sneak attack on Brooks Orpik. Despite Thornton admitting he was wrong and profusely apologizing, he doesn’t want to be punished this badly. Orpik meanwhile is till experiencing concussion symptoms and is out indefinitely.
