International hockey section gets a new writer
Hello anyone! My name is Alessandro Seren Rosso and some of you readers might have heard of such a long, composed name from my articles appeared on other websites about Russian hockey. This indeed is a part of my resume as I spent the last four years involved in journalism, mainly as Russian hockey correspondent. I’m thrilled to join a young site on the rise like The Hockey Writers and I’m sure it will be fun for both me and you, the readers, which are the most important thing in journalism. No readers, no party!
I’m going to regularly update this section writing about the different European top leagues, with the stress over my area of expertise, the newly formed Kontinental Hockey League, which is now in the quarterfinals stage and just seen Jagr’s Avangard Omsk going once again against the forecasts to get a huge away win over Morozov’s Ak Bars Kazan. Today Emery will defend his Atlant’s crease against Metallurg Magnitogorks’s assaults. Stay tuned for more posts from my side.
I’m always pleased to reply questions so, if you have some, you are encouraged to email me at ale.hockey.fan @ gmail.com usually I reply quickly. The most interesting questions (if any!) will be replied directly here so, please, include your name and your location.

Nice to see you aboard. I love international hockey (especially Swedish Elite league) though it’s hard to get any kind of streams. I really hope this becomes a major section in the future. Really I can’t wait for some articles.
Welcome Alessandro, I’m also looking forward to your posts. Having some news from across the pond should be quite interesting.
How is Ray Emery being received over there?
