#2 Marek Zidlicky D: Zidlicky is in his fourth season with the Devils. His 42 points were fifth on the squad last season and his 12 goals paced all Devils’ defencemen.

#5 Adam Larsson D: Larsson is in his fourth season with the Devils. His lone goal of the 2013-14 campaign was a winner, on November 16, against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

#6 Andy Greene (A) D: Greene is the longest tenured homegrown Devils defenceman, in his ninth season with the club. Greene laced ’em up for all 82 last season an netted a career high eight goals.

#7 Jon Merrill D: Sporting a new number, Merrill is in his second season with the Devils. Merrill collected eleven points in 52 games last year. His two goals were both game winners, an OT finisher against the Edmonton Oilers on February 7 and against the Toronto Maple Leafs on March 23. Merrill takes over number seven for the departed Mark Fayne.

#8 Dainius Zubrus LW: Zubrus is in his eighth season with the Devils. Zubrus played all 82 games last year and notched 13 goals.

#9 Martin Havlat LW: Havlat is in his first season with the Devils. Havlat is hoping to make the number nine stick this year. Last season, Havlat posted 12 goals for the San Jose Sharks, in 48 games.

#11 Stephen Gionta C: Gionta is in his fifth season with the Devils. The lone survivor of the “GBGB Line,” “Gio,” collected eleven points in 66 games last year.

#12 Damien Brunner RW: Brunner is in his second season with the Devils. In his first season with New Jersey, Brunner potted eleven markers in 60 contests.

#14 Adam Henrique C: Henrique is in his fifth season with the Devils. Playing 77 games last season, Henrique netted a career high and team leading, 25-tallies.

#15 Tuomo Ruutu LW: Ruutu is in his second season with the Devils. Acquired in a trade from the Carolina Hurricanes, Ruutu collected eight points across 19 games for New Jersey.

#16 Jacob Josefson C: Josefson is in his fifth season with the Devils. Still only 23, Josefson collected three points and one shorthanded goal in 27 games last year.

#17 Michael Ryder RW: Ryder is in his second season with the Devils. In his first season with New Jersey, Ryder played all 82 games and was tied for third on the team with 18 goals.

#19 Travis Zajac (A) C: Zajac is in his ninth season with the Devils. Playing 80 contests last season, Zajac’s 18 goals were tied for third on the club last season. Zajac was also third on the team with 48 points.

#20 Jordin Tootoo RW: Tootoo is in his first season with the Devils. Tootoo had one assist in eleven games for the Detroit Red Wings last season. Tootoo has 125 points in 486 NHL games and commandeers Ryan Carter’s number 20.

#22 Eric Gelinas D: Gelinas is in his third season with the Devils. In his rookie campaign, Gelinas was eighth on the team with 29 points in 60 games. Gelinas posted five power play goals and recorded a pair of game winners.

#23 Mike Cammalleri LW: Cammalleri is in his first season with the Devils. Last year with the Calgary Flames, Cammalleri registered 26 goals in 63 games. In 669 NHL contests, Cammalleri has 236 goals on his ledger.

#24 Bryce Salvador (C) D: Salvador is in his seventh season with the Devils, his third as team captain. “Sal,” skated in 40 games last year and registered four points.

#26 Patrik Elias (A) LW: Elias is in his nineteenth season with the Devils, is the longest tenured Devils’ forward and is the lone remaining link to the Devils’ 2000 and 2003 Stanley Cup championship winning squads. Elias leads the Devils in virtually every franchise scoring category. Despite injuries cutting his season to 65 games, Elias was tied for third on the club with 18 goals and second in points with 53.

#28 Damon Severson D: Severson is in his first season with the Devils. In 2012-13, Severson registered a pair of assists in as many games with the AHL Albany Devils. Last season for the Kelowna Rockets of the WHL, Severson recorded 15 goals and 61 points in 64 games. The rookie Severson dons the number 28, formerly worn by Anton Volchenkov.

#29 Ryane Clowe LW: Clowe is in his second season with the Devils. In his first go around with the Devils last season, Clowe registered 26 points in 43 games.

#35 Cory Schneider G: Schneider is in his second season with the Devils. During his first campaign with New Jersey, Schneider suited up in 45 games, showing a sparkling 1.97 goals-against-average, along with a .921 save percentage and three shutouts. Takes over as the number one goaltender in Newark.

#40 Scott Clemmensen G: Clemmensen is in his fifth season with the Devils and in his third go around with New Jersey. Clemmer suited up in 17 games for the Florida Panthers last year. In 2008-09, Clemmensen backstopped 25 victories with the Devils.

#68 Jaromir Jagr RW: Jagr is in his second season with the Devils. The timeless one, Jagr played all 82 games last year, paced the Devils with 67 points and was second on the club with 24 goals. Across 1,473 games, Jagr has recorded 705 career goals.
