  • Could the Anaheim Ducks look to acquire Taylor Hall from the Edmonton Oilers?
  • The Blue Jackets are still listening to offers for the Number 3 pick

    CBJ continues to listen to interest in #3 pick, however, sources say CBJ would like to attach a contract, (Hartnell) for cap space…CBJ still has to extend Seth Jones which will be costly. Also approaching offer sheet time and Jones could be prime target.

  • The Lightning hope to have a more clear answer on Steven Stamkos by the weekend.

    “What we look like if Stammer re-signs with us, it effects what we can do with our team,” Steve Yzerman said. “For us, we’d like to know sooner than later.”

  • Trade talk continues to pick up as the draft approaches this weekend.

    “There has been a lot lately, but mainly it’s guys talking about concepts,” one league executive told Insider Trading on Friday. “Teams are looking to see if they can parlay draft picks into NHL players.”
