Panthers Honor Fans With Special Promotions On Opening Night

SUNRISE, FL – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that the Florida Panthers have a number of unique hockey related experiences planned for Opening Night Jan. 19 at the BB&T Center as part of the Cats’ “7th Man” marketing campaign.

Opening Night Experiences

  • Full team postgame autograph signings for kids
  • Commemorative mini Southeast Division Championship banners for every fan in attendance
  • A group of original Panthers’ season ticket holders will be honored on the ice during the pregame
  • A bevy of other special promotions are still a secret and will be revealed on Opening Night.

The “7th Man” campaign was started this season in order to show the organization’s commitment to winning back the support of its fans and partners all season long and will be an important part of not only the team’s Opening

Night game presentation and festivities, but also throughout the entire season. Just as the fans are honoring the players for winning last season’s Southeast Division title, so to will the organization be honoring the fans for their commitment to the team.

“Once we emerged from the recent work stoppage we felt it was important to apologize to our fans for what they went through,” said Panthers President Michael R. Yormark. “Now it is time to honor them and win back their support through this exciting ‘7th Man’ campaign, beginning this Saturday on Opening Night.”

Tickets are still available for opening night and I encourage all fans to get out and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience.

Tickets start as low as $7 a game and fans can call 954-835-PUCK or log on to Ticketmaster.com to purchase Opening Night tickets, season plans or single game tickets.
