Now that the Clown Car carrying TGO has left for the Northland, suddenly the Coyotes remember how to win hockey games. Yeah, destroy a team while you practice trying to be a coach, move it out of your market to Glendale, run it bankrupt and guess what? That;s right, your fan base leaves. It won't be easy to get them back. A good start is getting them to believe that the team can win. Up to the quarter pole on the season, the Coyotes are doing pretty well. Yup, they haven't scored many goals. Yup Bryzgolof keeps them in a lot of games. And.. yes Booter Gordon, just win is an acceptable strategy at this juncture... even if it bores your little sensibilities.

Many of the Toronto centric would like nothing better than to see this franchise tank. I don't take it too personally, they're like sharks in a chum factory. What ever is bleeding is ready for eating. Fortunately the much maligned Bettman is capable of looking at the league as a whole rather than jamming more butts in another teams seats in suburban Toronto. Lets hope the Coyotes, and your team.... wherever it is... do well enough to escape the blind avarice that qualifies for genuine thought on this subject.
