Game Recap
The Canucks broke a 0-0 tie at 18:55 of the opening 20 minutes to get on the board first when Tyler Myers found Suter alone on a mini breakaway who beat Hellebuyck blocker-side.
Connor tied the game up 1-1 halfway through the second period on what looked like a harmless shot from the high slot that beat Demko. That goal was Connor’s 38th of the season.

Appleton pounced on a loose puck at the top of the crease at 6:24 of the final period to put the Jets up 2-1. Perfetti doubled the Jets’ lead less than six minutes later with a nifty deke around Derek Forbort and a shot that beat Demko just under the crossbar.
The Jets outshot the Canucks 27-24, and went 0-for-4 on the power play. The Canucks went 0-for-3 with the man advantage.
