Requirements: To be eligible to participate you must be a THW writer in good standing and have published at least 1 post in the current month. The metric being tracked for this is Total Monthly Pageviews, so linking back to old articles from your new articles is highly encouraged. If a single visitor reads 4 of your posts then you have 4 pageviews. Stats will be updated every couple of days. The pool amount will likely go up over time. It is loosely tied to site revenue. This is in addition to our regular bonus scheme (keep in mind here we use Pageviews but the regular bonus still uses Visits).
