David is currently an MBA student at the University of Denver. Most recently, David has written for Mile High Sports covering the Denver Pioneers NCAA Division-1 team at the 2016 Frozen Four, and he previously worked with the sports anchors at KVOA News-4 Tucson (NBC afilliate). While completing his MBA, David has volunteered with the DU coaching staff to take statistics at Pioneer home games, and prior to starting his graduate studies David served as an assistant coach with the ACHA Division-1 hockey club at the University of Colorado. He played his collegiate hockey at the ACHA Division-1 level for the University of Arizona from 2009-2012. During David's youth and junior hockey playing careers he played with and against a number of current professional players; most notably Scott Darling, Tommy Wingles, Jeremy Morin, and Hilary Knight.
