There are 24 restricted free agents who filed for salary arbitration by the deadline earlier this summer. The vast majority of those are settled before or outside of arbitration, and there’s no reason to believe that won’t be the case again this summer.
But for those that do make it to a hearing, the NHLPA has announced dates for all cases. The hearings will begin on July 20 and run through August 4. Specific dates for each player are listed below.

Of those who filed, only Jared Coreau of the Detroit Red Wings, Jordan Weal of the Philadelphia Flyers and Kyle Palmieri of the New Jersey Devils have come to deals already, avoiding arbitration entirely.
Going to arbitration doesn’t necessarily reflect a rift between the parties. It’s a right players have and actually tends to be a better indicator that they are committed to the team. Any player filing for arbitration guarantees that a deal will get done. If a player does not file, that can lead to holdouts and bitter disputes.
Additionally, teams that have a player filing for salary arbitration will have a second buyout window open up follow arbitration.
