Watch Hockey Night Punjabi’s Fantastic Bonino Goal Call

Hockey Night Punjabi’s play-by-play voice Harnarayan Singh has regularly been making fantastic goal calls, and may be second only to Doc Emrick in terms of exciting calls this postseason.

One of his best to date might was a Nick Bonino goal from earlier in the playoffs when the Penguins faced the Washington Capitals. The energetic call had Singh memorably yelling out Bonino Bonino Bonino Bonino, which spawned the hashtag #BONINOBONINOBONINO

He did it again Monday night when Bonino scored the game-winning goal late in the third period of Game 1 in the Stanley Cup Final. This is almost undoubtedly the best call of that goal on any broadcast in the world.

Singh’s call and the #BONINOBONINOBONINO have inspired some to try their hand at Singh’s tongue-twisting rendition of the forward’s surname.
