On July 1, 2024, Montour signed with Seattle as a free agent. He signed a seven-year contract with an average annual value (AAV) of $7.14 million. For Seattle, he has played in all 80 games and has recorded 40 points via 17 goals and 23 assists. So far in his career, this is the most amount of goals he has scored in a single season.
