The Los Angeles Kings have signed 2014 3rd round (90th overall) draft pick Mike Amadio to a three-year, entry-level contract, reports LA Kings Insider Jon Rosen on Sunday.
Amadio, currently serving as captain of the OHL’s North Bay Battalion, has had a career year, scoring 48 goals and 94 points in 65 games. His 48 goals rank fourth in the NHL.
He’s also tallied eight game-winners.
The Battalion have already clinched a playoff berth, ranking third in the Eastern Conference with a 32-23-6-4 record.
