Sonny Milano Undresses Team Finland for Shorthanded Goal

The US National Juniors Evaluation Camp is coming to an end on Monday, as the US takes a look at their top contenders for the 2016 World Juniors Championships. Starting on Saturday, the two US squads are running three scrimmages, taking on the other US team, Finland and Sweden.

On Sunday, Team White took on Finland early in the afternoon, grabbing a 5-2 win over the Finns.

Among the game’s highlights was an incredible shorthanded goal by Columbus Blue Jackets prospect Sonny Milano, who corralled a dumped puck, dangled through all five Finnish players and beat the goaltender for an outstanding shortie.

USA Team Blue will take on Sweden at 4pm on Sunday. The game will be streamed at FastHockey.com. On Monday, all four teams will be in action again.
