Once again, the Anaheim Ducks have breezed through a round of the playoffs and will enter the Western Conference Championship having only played nine games, after sending the Calgary Flames to the golf course after just five games.
Here are the 8 best Anaheim Ducks stats from the second round.

1. Near Perfect
The Ducks enter the Western Conference Finals having won eight of nine playoff games. It’s the first time in franchise history the team has won eight of any nine games at any point in the playoffs, let alone starting off the postseason that way.
They are the first team to open the playoffs with six straight wins since the Pittsburgh Penguins rattled off seven straight in the 2008 playoffs.
2. Matt-er of Fact
Matt Beleskey has a five-game goal streak going after scoring in all five games against the Calgary Flames. That goal streak sets a new Anaheim Ducks postseason record.
He’s just the second player to score a goal in the first four games of a series, following in the footsteps of Teemu Selanne, who potted one in each of the first four games against the Nashville Predators in 2011. Beleskey’s five-game streak has him passing Selanne, as well as a four-game streak set by Corey Perry in 2009.
3. Thank You Perry Much
In the series against the Flames, Perry passed Selanne to take second place in career playoff scoring for the Ducks with 29 goals and 42 assists, totaling 70 points.
Ryan Getzlaf currently sits atop the heap with 27 goals and 59 assists (86 points) in his career.

With a series-clinching OT goal in Game 5, Corey Perry became the fourth Duck to score a series-clinching overtime goal in Ducks history. The other three are Steve Rucchin, Scott Niedermayer, and Nick Bonino, according to NHL PR.
4. Back Again
The Ducks go to the Western Conference Finals for the fourth time since 2003. Over that span, only the Chicago Blackhawks have been there more times (5).
Their presence in the Western Conference finals means that it’s now six straight seasons — and 10 of the last 12 — where there has been at least one California-based team in the Conference Finals.
5. Our House
The Ducks have beat the Flames in 22 straight home games dating back to April 27, 2006.
6. Beauche-mighty
Francois Beauchemin hit 35 career playoff points during the second round, passing Scott Niedermayer for the all-time postseason lead among Ducks defensemen.
7. Road warrior
Jakob Silfverberg is one of two players this postseason with three multi-point road games. The other is Tampa Bay’s Tyler Johnson. Silfverberg did it in four fewer games.
