Kraken Place Cale Fleury and John Hayden on Waivers

On April 11, the Seattle Kraken announced that they were placing Cale Fleury and John Hayden on waivers.

Hayden has played 19 games this season with Seattle, only recording two points from a goal and an assist. He has played in 43 games with the Coachella Valley Firebirds, Seattle’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate. Hayden has 27 points via 11 goals and 16 assists.

Fleury has played 14 games with Seattle, only recording one assist. He has also spent some time with Coachella Valley, playing in 36 games with the AHL team. Fleury has recorded 24 points via six goals and 18 assists.

If the pair are not picked up by another team, they will be sent down to Coachella Valley to join the Firebirds in their push for the playoffs. The Firebirds have made it to the playoffs for the third season in a row.
