Minnesota Wild Announce Traverse City Roster

The Minnesota Wild have announced their full roster for the 2015 Traverse City Prospects Tournament.

The team is headlined by a few of the Wild’s top prospects, including the recently acquired defenseman Mike Reilly, who did not sign a deal with the Columbus Blue Jackets, who drafted him, and came to the Wild through free agency.

New to the pro ranks, Christoph Bertschy will also be a player to watch in the tournament, as will Gustav Olofsson, who missed almost all of last season with a shoulder injury. Among the forwards, 2014 draft picks Reid Duke, Chase Lang and Pavel Jenys will be worth watching after all three had strong seasons in major junior last year.

The team also features 2015 draft pick Gustav Bouramman and free agent acquisitions Brody Hoffman, Grayson Downing and Zach Palmquist.

They’ll also be giving six forwards an invite to join the team, including the University of Minnesota’s Sam Warning, WHL Saskatoon’s Ryan Graham, WHL Kelowna’s Carter Rigby, WHL Victoria’s Jack Walker (a MN-native), WHL Prince George’s Jared Bethune and WHL Moose Jaw’s Tanner Eberle.

The 2015 Traverse City Prospects Tournament will commence on September 11 in Traverse City.
