Alex Chauvancy has covered the New Jersey Devils for The Hockey Writers since Jan. 2018, with a penchant for advanced stats. He graduated from Drew University (2014) with a bachelors in political science. He previously wrote for Devils Army Blog, a New Jersey Devils fan blog, from 2015-2017, and currently for Infernal Access (2021-present). In his spare time, he likes to play the drums.
