(My two cents: Based on the overall quality of the game, players not wanting to go and the terribly awkward shoot-out challenges, it’s hard to take this weekend seriously. But, it has been long seen as an honor to be an All-Star. Either it continues to be based on merit, or you have fun with it and let the fans vote whoever they want. This in between is just making a bigger mockery of the event than it already is on its own).
