Video: Nick Bonino Clinches Series Win for Penguins

The Pittsburgh Penguins have earned a date with the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Eastern Conference Final after beating the Washington Capitals 4-3 in Game 6.

The Penguins got out to a 3-0 lead before the Capitals started pushing back. They pushed and pushed, tying it up with less than seven minutes left in the game. That helped them to force overtime.

But their rally was short lived. Nick Bonino ended the season of the Presidents’ Trophy-winning Capitals 6:32 into the extra frame, clinching a win for the Penguins.

Watch the series-winning overtime goal below.

Management ought to go to sleep feeling good about the Bonino trade tonight.
