Zane McIntyre (born August 20, 1992) is a current American ice hockey goaltender, currently under contract with the Minnesota Wild. Drafted 165th overall in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft by the Boston Bruins, McIntyre was an exceptional standout at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) level. In three years with the University of North Dakota, he averaged a .923 save percentage and a record of 58-24-9, leading to him becoming the best goaltender of the NCAA in 2015 and landing him as a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award.

In four years with the Bruins organization, McIntyre appeared in eight games, posting a 0-4-1 record and a .858 SV%. He fared better in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Providence Bruins, but his numbers weren’t as promising as his college tenure. In 2017, he managed to turn things around, leading the AHL with a .930 SV% and carrying a 21-6-3 record in the regular season. He was named to the All-Star Game, and helped his team through a playoff run with an 8-7 record. At the conclusion of the 2018-19 season, McIntyre opted to not re-sign with Boston, taking his talents to the Vancouver Canucks on a one-year, two-way contract.

McIntyre’s run with the Canucks was spent primarily with the Utica Comets of the AHL, where he registered a record of 11-10-3 and a .894 SV%. He was later traded to the New Jersey Devils for fellow goaltender Louis Domingue and was assigned to the Binghamton Devils. After four games with the Devils, McIntyre took his talents overseas, signing with Dinamo Riga of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). His tenure there lasted six games before he and the team mutually terminated his contract, allowing him to return to North America. After being let go from his professional try-out with the Arizona Coyotes, McIntyre signed with the Wild in 2022, and played the remainder of the year with the Iowa Wild.
