Time was ripe to take his own advice; Joe now works for his soul benefit. He became familiar with The Hockey Writers and they became aware of him. Invited to tryout, he will not be satisfied with just being here. He promises to apply his deep thinking ways when writing about the Toronto Maple Leafs.
