Noah Laba (born August 4, 2003) is an American ice hockey player, recently playing for the Lincoln Stars of the United States Hockey League (USHL). His early days in hockey include HPHL Championships at the 14U and 16U levels, and he was named 2021 USHL All-Academic Team during his rookie year. Laba was selected 111th overall by the New York Rangers in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft.

In his second season with Lincoln, Laba’s point totals doubled from 19 points in 46 games to 39 in 50. He finished sixth in points, behind teammates who played between eight to ten games more, in larger roles with the team. Laba is committed to Colgate University of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for the 2022-23 season.
