Anton Johansson (born June 10, 2004) is a Swedish ice hockey player, recently playing for the Leksands IF hockey program in Sweden. After leading the J20 Nationell league in goals among defensemen with six in 22 games, he received a four-game stint with Leksands’ Swedish Hockey League (SHL) team. Johansson was selected 105th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft.
After departing from the Djurgårdens IF program following the conclusion of the 2019-20 season, Johansson has spent the last two years with Leksands, developing the defensive side to his game. He’s committed to returning to Leksands IF J20 of the J20 Nationell for a second year, with the potential of earning another call-up to the SHL.
