Carl Christian “Calle” Johansson (born 14 February 1967) is a former Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman who played 17 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) between 1987 and 2004. Initially drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in 1985, Johansson played two seasons with the Sabres before being traded to the Washington Capitals, where he spent the next 15 years. He was a member of the Capitals team who lost in the 1998 Stanley Cup Final. After one season with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2003-04, he retired from professional hockey to enter into coaching, serving as an assistant coach with the Capitals from 2012-14.

Internationally, Johansson won back-to-back World Championships with Sweden in 1991 and 1992. He spent some time as a color commentator for the sports network Swedish Canal+ in his home country.
