Maxim Viktorovich Tsyplakov (Russian: Максим Викторович Цыплаков; born 19 September 1998) is a Russian professional ice hockey player for the New York Islanders in the National Hockey League (NHL). He is the grandson of Victor Tsyplakov, who was inducted into the Russian and Soviet Hockey Hall of Fame in 1969. Tysplakov made his KHL debut with Spartak Moscow in 2017.
