Mikael Karl Tellqvist (born September 19, 1979) is a former Swedish professional ice hockey goaltender who played six seasons in the National Hockey League with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Arizona Coyotes, and Buffalo Sabres. He won a gold medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics and two Elitserien Championships as a member of Djurgårdens IF of the Swedish Hockey League. Tellqvist retired from professional hockey in 2017.
