2013 World Juniors: The Essential Canadian Twitter Guide

Ryan Strome, a New York Islanders prospect, can be followed on Twitter @strome18.

One of the best times of the year is coming up for Canadian hockey fans. Some would say it’s even better than Christmas.

Given how much attention will be focused upon talented teenagers over the next month or so, it’s time for many hockey fans to step into their generation. Of course, Twitter is what keeps a teenager’s world alive.

What follows is a directory of Twitter accounts for many people involved with the World Juniors. From players to writers, loads of info and opinions can be accessed by simply clicking the links on this page.

The list above will be added and subtracted from as “World Junior Season” goes on. As for player additions, those who make the final roster can expect a nice upwards bump in regards to their Twitter following.

Social media is a powerful tool these days. Might as well use it.

@ZenonHerasymiuk That's not unusual. Started the season hot; cooled off in the middle; better lately. Finds himself on different lines. - 21 hours ago
