Samu Kasperi Kapanen (born 23 July 1996) is a Finnish professional ice hockey forward for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He made his Liiga debut playing with KalPa during the 2012–13 SM-liiga season. Kapanen was selected by the Penguins in the first round, 22nd overall, of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. On 1 July 2015, he was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs; he was traded back to the Penguins five years later.

On 12 January 2013, Kapanen played alongside his father Sami Kapanen in a SM-liiga game.
