Evgeny Vladimirovich Medvedev (Russian: Евге́ний Влади́мирович Медве́дев; born 27 August 1982) is a Russian professional ice hockey defenseman who is currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played under contract with Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He previously played one season in the NHL for the Philadelphia Flyers.
