Joseph Daniel Mario Tremblay (born September 2, 1956) is a former professional ice hockey player and former coach in the National Hockey League (NHL). He won five Stanley Cups as a player, and played his entire career with the Montreal Canadiens. He was also the head coach of the Canadiens for two seasons, and notoriously had a rift with Patrick Roy that led to the goaltender being traded to the Colorado Avalanche in the 1995-1996 season.
