During the inaugural season the Riveters had a 4-12-2 record which placed them last in the league. They were then swept by the Boston Pride in the first round of the Isobel Cup Playoffs.
Wiseman’s next step will be to figure out which players should stay and go based on a core set of standards.
The groundwork was set for the New York Riveters in the inaugural season. our team model was based off hard work, discipline, accountability and most importantly, character. The core group of character players that will be returning are the leaders we want to set examples for the new, young athletes coming into our organization.
