Rafael Harvey-Pinard (born January 6, 1999) is a Canadian ice hockey player, currently under contract with the Montreal Canadiens. After playing four seasons with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), he joined the Laval Rocket of the American Hockey League (AHL), recording 20 points in 36 games in his rookie season. Harvey-Pinard was selected 201st overall by the Canadiens in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.

Harvey-Pinard was named the captain of the Huskies in 2018-19, his third season with the team. That same year, he recorded career-highs in goals (40) and points (85) in 66 games, while adding 27 points in 20 games en route to the Huskies capturing the 2019 OHL Championship. The following year, he was named the Scholastic Player of the Year in the QMJHL. Last season, he recorded 21 goals and 56 points with the Rocket, while earning a four-game stint with the Canadiens and scoring his first NHL goal. Harvey-Pinard is expected to start the 2022-23 season in Laval.
