Aaron Douglas Ness (born May 18, 1990) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman who is currently under contract with the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League (AHL). He was selected by the New York Islanders in the 2nd round (40th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. He has played in the NHL for the Islanders, Washington Capitals, and Arizona Coyotes.
