William Bitten (born July 10, 1998) is a Canadian ice hockey player that plays forward. He currently plays in the AHL for the Springfield Thunderbirds as a prospect for the St. Louis Blues. He was drafted in the third round by the Montreal Canadiens in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
