Garry Michael Monahan (born October 20, 1946) is a Canadian former professional hockey player who played 12 seasons in the National Hockey League. He was the first-ever draft pick in NHL history, going first overall to the Montreal Canadiens in 1963. Besides skating with the Canadiens, he played with the Detroit Red Wings, Los Angeles Kings, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Vancouver Canucks.
